Intentional Growth Farm is a specialty urban greenhouse located in beautiful Cache Valley, UT
Intentional Growth Farm is the brainchild of two slightly insane (but definitely brilliant) friends living in Northern Utah. We recently grew specialty crops (microgreens, mushrooms and industrial hemp). We recycled and reused everything possible; that's why we use our hemp waste to grow edible mushrooms!
Intentional Growth Farm grew and sold living and pre-cut microgreens for every taste bud! Microgreens are baby vegetable greens. Use them as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. Microgreens will add sweetness and spiciness to foods.
We no longer grow hemp. Hemp is 100% federally legal. It's high in CBD and low in THC (<0.3%). We grew our certified industrial hemp in our greenhouse and our field in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah.

Intentional Growth continues to grow and sell yummy, healthy mushrooms utilizing our hemp stalk waste (one farm’s waste is another farm’s growing medium). We have pink oyster (pictured), lion’s mane, and shitake. More varieties (i.e. King’s Trumpet) coming soon!
